Fanta & Boy Mated 6th, 7th & 8th of December.
Pregnancy confirmed & pups will be arriving early February 2026
This litter should produce, sables & bi colours.
Fanta
Boy
An absolutely magnificent litter of very solid, chunky pups from Fanta & Boy’s first litter each, and certainly an impressive one at that.
Super confident and happy, just how we like them.
Let's hope we get something very similar from this 2nd litter.
The Predicted Inbreeding Coefficient of this litter will be 0%
Breed Average 3%
Please refer to the Kennel Club Website and look under Mate Select to find out more information regarding the Inbreeding Coefficient Score.

Fantasia, originally born in the Netherlands and then transported over to America and finally here to GVW GSD’s in England, she has become a wonderful addition here at the farm, with the other dogs and as part of our breeding programme.
Fanta, as we now call her, is sleek and elegant with controlled drive and passion for the ball. She speaks and gets super excited but all within control and simply happy to play and really loves a fuss and cuddles.
Fanta is a keen favourite to play out with our Day Creche clients too, showing them the ropes, having a blast and just loving life.
A very capable climber as we found out on her arrival, a 6-foot fence is no problem at all!!! But simply to find you and see what’s happening.
It’s always a challenge for an older dog to come into our lifestyle, but Fanta has embraced life here and we are very pleased to have her in our lives.

Quite a Pedigree this young man has, a magnificent fusion of all of my historic stud boys bar 2, White Charlie & T’Challa.
Just the most unusually calm pup, loving, loyal, friendly, responsive, happy, playful, I could go on and on. He is my pride and joy and even if he does not make the grade for breeding, he will stay with me as the wonderful companion that he already is at 7 months.
The deepest and softest of coats, a warm rich sable – open to debate on what colour sable – he changes and grows on a weekly basis….like a strong sturdy weed!
If Boy does make the grade to breed from, I will so very excited to place his pups into the arms of their new owners, simply taking a huge amount of pride in all that we have achieved with the GSD over the many years we have had the pleasure to be in each other’s lives.
The Boy made the grade…….I am so excited to find him suitable girls to produce some wonderful pups with.
As a young adult Boy, remains super chilled, he has a manner about him that projects his status with the girls, but plays well with the GSD’s and the terriers alike and still loves the company of Rupert our male (neutered) Patterdale.
Vera & Rook Mated 13th, 14th & 15th of December.

Vera is without a doubt one of the most stunning and loving girls here at GVW.
Raised by her mum Reeva, Vera continues to shine – literally, her wonderful thick, glossy coat exudes elegance. There is never a bad image of Vera.
A firm favourite with staff and visitors alike, Vera is, as with all of our GSD’s responsive, loving and loyal.
Vera is rough, gentle, calm, boundy, capable, striking, powerful and simply a dream girl. Vera & Reeva are regular players in the Day Creche here at GVW, both girls have a great play but will not allow over dominance of dogs, so are a really good guide in certain situations.
Vera will stay with us into her retirement and onwards, keeping the mother and daughter bond firm and simply wonderful to watch.

GiGi, enjoys her walks on and off the farm and is a delight in all aspects of her personality.
As always with any offspring of Queenie, just a beautiful girl.

His white is crystal white and his nose as black as coal, just how I like them.

As Joy has matured, she has become powerful, loyal and still a little cheeky!!
She is of super solid construction and a chip off of the old block in terms of her width.
An amazing fusion of pedigrees places Joy very clearly amongst our finest GSD’s here at GVW.

Babushka, wow she is wonderful, just wonderful.
I have always really liked the calm nature of her mother Cleo and Lesley at Gentlebears was good enough to save this precious little lady for me.
Lesley and I have had for many years a great relationship not just with our dogs but as friends and Tiger, my 2nd stud boy was from Lesley at Gentlebears.
Babushka is kind and calm, she is happy to explore on her external walks and to chill at the kennels and watch the world go by.
She is currently very long and rangy with a fantastic solid black coat.
She plays out with her mate Frederika and is good when we have some of the boarding dogs out to play.
Babushka can take a little time to work new people out, but she is sweet and kind, not aggressive and snappy. She simply likes to work you out first….then if you’re nice, she’ll love you.

The most forward and mischievous out of Fanta’s first litter of pups. Being one of just 4 pups, 3 girls and 1 boy.
All pups in this litter were super forward and calm, right from 4 weeks old.
Quite unbelievable, but then they have 2 great parents.
Rose was always meant to stay, but that was not the plan!
She is an impressively put together girl, reminding me of the structure and strength of her grandad Stone, and like Stone her coat is deep, but not long.
Rose plays well, is powerful, responsive and superb out on her external walks in the community.
She is the first of Boy’s offspring, so she was always going to be a special one.

I find it almost unbelievable that Kiss and her sister Vienna are GSD’s!!!
Each day I look at them and say….really? Are you really a GSD?
Well Embark says that you are indeed 100% GSD
Who would have thought that Stone, a 100% working line dark sable, short coated GSD could be their grandad?
The Panda marking too is truly unusual, it’s worth a google (if you dare) search and a good read up on the subject.
Anyway, back to Kiss.
I named her after her facial markings and her resemblance to the band ‘Kiss’. I also named her after reading an article about the first GSD that came to America to become the first guide dog, again worth a google, I found the story fascinating and although Kiss’s owner renamed him Buddy, I wanted to name our usual faced girl Kiss.
She is friendly, super chilled and listens when you ask her to do something. She will do anything for a groom and a good fuss. Attentive and kind, she is great out on external walks and is doing well with Mea when she gets to join in with the Day Creche dogs.
All in all, a super little lady that I am very pleased to have the pleasure of raising.
Kiss, will be 2years old this summer 2026. She is so much like her daddy Boy, kind, always happy, loving, absolutely thrives on being fussed. She loves her buddy Joy, when I take the 2 of them out together, their lead control and calmness is something for me to take so much pride in.
Simply beautiful.
Later in 2026 Kiss hopefully will have her first litter. The sire to the litter would either be Evander or Rook…I am as yet undecided.
